Maintenance & Repair

To assure a long life to the equipment and have constant performance and a high level of reliability we suggest the preventive maintenance.
Following the protocols of the manual supplied with the unit, making a service contract with official representative and the use of only genuine spare parts, is the best way to reduce any risks and obtain the bigger profitability of the station.

Here are some suggested checks:

Daily checks:
1. Visual check of oil level.
2. Check oil pressure.
3. Check cooling fluid level.
4. Check lamp/leds of electric board.
5. Check gas filter, on suction line.
6. Check instruments air pressure on the gauge on the air bottle.
7. Verify operator touch screen panel.

Weekly checks:
1. Make drain of Blow-down.
2. Make drain of vent pipe using valve on it.
3. Make drain of gas filter on suction line.
4. Make drain of air compressed bottle if present.

Monthly Checks:
1. Check lubrication/greasing of the bearings.
